Seminar Overview

This seminar is designed for procurement and purchasing buyers with limited exposure to financial statements. Participants will develop a structured understanding of how to read financial reports and build the financial perspective essential for buyers.
Through Excel-based exercises, participants will learn the structure of core financial statements — Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow — along with key financial metrics, and connect these concepts directly to day-to-day procurement practice.
